Recipe: Healthy Breakfast Cookie

No sugar? No dairy? No flour? No kidding. This healthy cookie recipe uses earth’s candy to make a quick, grab-n-go breakfast option for those of us on the move.

What you’ll need:
1.5 cup of rolled oats
2-3 ripe bananas
1 cup of unsweetened applesauce
a handful of craisins or raisins
dash of cinnamon

Add all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together. Scoop ‘dough’ onto a baking sheet and cook at 350 for 35 minutes. Recipe typically yields 9 cookies
